the doll grouping and dollhouse furnishings were soiled with rodent excrement. I normally do not complain but it was disgusting trying to cleanup and sort the items with that mess. the dolld will be trashed and the dollhouse grouping will salvage what I can I find it difficult to believe that they could ot see this ( i only noticed it as i I was unpackig the boxes ?bin that the dollhouse pcs were packed in by the auction company

Item was colored a little differently than in photos (much more yellow than pictured, had a couple dents I didn't expect, maybe from shipping?) but not enough to ask to send back or anything. Just a little surprised.

The Night Seascape listed as a watercolor was just a paper print. There was no way to tell that from the photographs. The 2 Frontier town plates could not be found so I never got them. The pick up situation was a nightmare, they couldn't find anything.

I arrived a bit early to retrieve my items and the ladies already had my items ready to go. Unfortunately due to the fragility and size of the items I purchased, four little Christmas bulbs had been broken or misplaced. The ladies let me select four replacement items from their excess inventory. I will certainly purchase from them again.
