Very frustrating experience! A simple pick that should have taken 1 hour from my home took over 2. Wrong address was provided on emai and therefore GPS sent we all over Aurora. Finally picked up my purchase and one of the figurines is damaged which was not disclosed. Head of figurine was previously broken off and glued back on. Should have been disclosed. I will never shop on this site again. Very disappointed.
