North Alabama Estate Sales is an estate liquidating company. We liquidate the contents of estates of our clients via online auctions.

Final hammer price is what you will pay for items that are won in our auctions. Final hammer price is the highest bid plus any applicable sales tax plus Buyer’s Premium.

Most items in our auctions have no minimum bid and are bid on in $1 increments. North Alabama Estate Sales does charge a buyer’s premium of 10-15% of the final winning bid price to the winner. Specific Buyer's Premium percentage is disclosed in the auction details section and varies from auction to auction. Some items may have a minimum bid.

Items won can be picked up or shipped to you for an additional fee.

North Alabama Estate Sales does not disclose or share any buyer, bidder, or cilent information with any third party under any circumstance ever.

All items are sold as-is, where-is. All sales are final. Refer to the pictures as part of the description of the item. We do our best to photograph any imperfections to an item.

Larger items such as furniture is pick-up only, but we do offer shipping on most smaller items. A $5 handling fee is charged in addition to the shipping charge on all items that can fit in a 20 in. x 20 in. x 20 in. x 20 in. x 20 in. box and a $10 charge for any item that needs a larger box.
