Seller sent me the wrong lot and refused the responsibility to resolve their mistake.

D.Cleveland Auctions

Buyer did not follow terms and conditions stated and forfeited all items. Terms clearly stated shipping must be requested within 48 hours a week after I received a request and went above and beyond to retrieve the items back as a one time courtesy. The items were not in my possession and one of them was incorrect. I offered to have them keep the items and offered free handling in the future as it was more than the cost of the items and the auction had settled a week prior.
