Paul was wildly inappropriate. One of the items in my lot was broken "in transit." He offered a full or partial refund but before I could respond he mentioned how the lot was only $5. The broken item was the only reason I even bid on that lot. He did this in front of other bidders and it was embarrassing so I just said whatever and took my lots minus the broken item. I don't care how much the lot sold for, this was unacceptable to shame me in front of other bidders. I have participated in a number of auctions on this site and this was my first negative experience. I was shocked by Paul's audacity. I will NEVER bid on an auction from Paul's Boutique or Rockville Auction Gallery again. Hope keeping that $5 was worth it to Paul.

I was able to pick up the items at a different location at a later date because I was out of town, which was fantastic and appreciated! Communication was difficult and one of the planters were broken. Other items were as described.

The auction ended on Feb 28. I'm writing this review now on March 20. Paul and his team have been promising me that my items will "ship out no later than tomorrow' for weeks now, and in this past week have completely gone ghost. Paul hasn't responded to any of my calls, voicemails, and texts. I have no idea if I will receive my items or a refund so I am going to call my credit card company to resolve the problem instead.

Honestly, I wanted to originally only give this 1 star because there was such a lack of communication. After no update from anyone about shipping after almost two full weeks, I tried emailing, calling, and texting multiple times and still couldn't get a response from anyone. But when I did finally receive my items, they were all in great condition, and they were packaged safely! I'm very happy with my wins but the customer service was a bummer.
