I've bid on a lot of jewelry. Every single thing that arrived to my home is broken and destroyed. As if someone smashed it with a hammer. I can hardly believe that. I paid money for this absolute garbage. On top of the money, I paid to actually purchase the lot I paid for shipping and handling as well. Nothing was handled with care at all. The seller has not responded to my numerous attempts to contact them. I would shop with another company.

I was sent an invoice that I had paid over $41.41 and these items could not be shipped. These items are small. I thought I had read that these could be shipped. PLEASE help; I cannot be out over $40 UPDATE: The representative contacted me a remedied the situation. GREAT customer service!
