Payment:
All payments processed through AuctionNinja.com or pre arranged payment approved by Winney Auction.

Pick-up/
Local free pick-up at designated location within assigned time frame. Please bring your own packing and transport materials, if necessary
(wrapping paper, bubble wrap, boxes, dolly, hand trucks, etc.).

Winney Auction & Appraisal LLC assumes all lots will be picked up rather than shipped.

Forfeiture: NEW POLICY PLEASE READ!!
Due to the high amount of abandoned/forfeited items, Winney Auction & Appraisal LLC. will now charge a $10.00 restocking fee, per lot, for any lot not picked up on or by the last scheduled pickup time/day. The reason for this is: we have pickup hours usually until 6, and abandoned lots are the last ones left, keeping us there when all other lots have been picked up sometimes for hours. If you cant pick up the items, please dont bid on them. Thank you.
Any auction lot items not picked up during assigned time frame will be considered forfeiture.
If auction lot items cannot be picked up at designated location during assigned time frame or shipping invoice is not paid
as stated in Shipping Terms, and an alternate agreement is not reached 2 hours prior to either shipping/pickup deadlines
the item(s) will be considered forfeiture and Winney Auction & Appraisal LLC will retain possession.
