With such a large space, you would think pick up would be more organized. Confusing where to go for pick up (signs but no arrows and no sign next to actual pick up behind building). Only room for one car at a time.

Hi Megan, thank you for your feedback. You did seem to be the only person confused by pick-up and parking, so we apologize for your inconvenience. We do have a large parking lot to fit many vehicles, much more than one at a time. We allowed bidders to pull up directly in front of the pick-up location and assisted any bidders with loading auction pieces as it was unfortunately downpouring the entire day. Rain tends to put a damper on things, and we hope that you have a better experience moving forward, thank you for bidding with Hilltop.
