I always know I'm going to be greeted with a smile when I see that it is a "Sisters Estate Sale." I really enjoy going to their sales in person, but they are equally friendly when I'm bidding online. They are fast shippers, and they will always work with me for pickup. For this particular pickup, I live near their warehouse so I was able to skip the long drive and arrange pickup there. I never give a second thought to bidding on an item with Sisters.

We handle all aspects of the auction or estate sale...

The estate sale and auction process takes approximately two weeks from start to finish. First, we will meet with you, tour the premises and determine what your needs are. Then, we will discuss agreement terms and help with decisions on what will be sold. Sisters will handle all of the online auction items, marketing, advertising, photographs, and video.

SHIPPING INFO

We ship smaller items via USPS. We will also combine shipping on multiple lots.

🚨ATTENTION!🚨 If you selected "shipping" 📬 on this auction, your item will be shipped within 5-7 business days - no need to do anything else. 🤗 No extra steps required! Thank you for your trust in us. Small to medium orders incur a handling fee of $2-3. Larger or more complex orders will have a higher fee.

*We ship the most economical way possible
*Packages over $100 require extra insurance
*Packages over $200 require a signature

WE ONLY SHIP TO ADDRESSES THAT ARE ON THE AUCTION NINJA INVOICE. NO EXCEPTIONS. All items are video taped as well getting packaged up and placing the address label on the package. We reserve the right to cancel any purchase we suspect is fraud.

Any Invoice over $200 will REQUIRE a photo ID to be texted or emailed, as well as a signed invoice and if we are shipping we will need an electronically signed invoice to verify your address on Auction Ninja

Your credit card associated with Auction Ninja will be charged after the auction has ended for shipping and any handling fees that may incur.

Can I pick up?

Yes! Designated pick up will be determined with each auction. We also have a hold unit (for small items) in North Reading, with a password and pick up at your leisure within 5 days of auction ending.

Thank you for bidding on our auction items! Winning bidders to receive the pickup address in email as well as text (if chosen as your option in your profile). Winning bidders are responsible for making sure that messages get through. Please check your spam folder.

Most Bidding starts at ONLY $1.00!

Your credit card will be charged following end of auction. There is an additional charge for shipping, which will be charged on your credit card associated with your AN account.

All items sold to winning bidder are FINAL SALE/AS IS/NO RETURNS (We do our best to accurately describe, please read description carefully and look at all photos). We encourage you to ask questions prior to bidding. Most of our auction items are vintage, antique, or used and signs of wear related to age should be expected. Again, All sales are final. No returns, credits or exchanges. Please message us for additional information.

Items not picked up (or shipping requested and paid for) during allotted pick up day and time will be considered forfeited without refund. No Exceptions.

We offer shipping on jewelry and small items. Items will be shipped to the address listed with your Auction Ninja account.

We ship within 5-7 business days. The credit card on file will be charged for shipping charges.

Once the package leaves our hands, it is not our responsibility. Any inquiries about your package can be made through tracking with the post office.
