The photo was fairly accurate. There was very little description offered but, the photo was enough for this item. They really, really, really need to work on their pick-up procedure. Having to wait for over an hour while several people wander around the house with no idea where any item is located is inexcusable. I will likely avoid their auctions in the future.

Most listings contained only a single picture, making it difficult to determine the item's details and condition. In one instance, the only picture on the item included a plug, but the item turned out to be battery-powered. None of the item listings included dimensions, resulting in items both smaller and larger than expected.

Pickup was mayhem. I waited and hour and forty-five minutes for pickup. The auction operators did not acknowledge the text message with my name and invoice number, nor did they acknowledge the line from the front door, across the lawn, and down the sidewalk. Multiple items purchased by the same bidder were not organized into groups. Once a bidder got inside the house, the items would have to be collected from various places. Demonstrating the compete lack of organization and common sense, at one point two auction representatives came out of the house to call the same name and continued to do so even after they could hear each other. Inside the house seemed about the same; the auction representatives appearing to duplicate each other's efforts, and one auction representative blocking the path of a patron carrying a large item.

They're in over their heads.

This was the worst auction pickup experience EVER and I've picked up from plenty. Complete waste of a Saturday afternoon. Beyond unorganized, you had to find your own things somewhere in the house. Waited almost 2 hours in line. Will NEVER purchase from this company again.

Waited for ****over an hour**** just to pick up. Absolutely unorganized and ridiculous. Will avoid their auctions in the future like the plague. You should be ashamed of wasting everyone's time like that.

Shoes didn't end up fitting but the pictures/condition were really accurate and now my cousin has some new shoes! :) Pickup was also very easy.
