Zero communication from seller after several attempts. The only way to pay the excessive shipping cost is to give a UPS store your card info over the phone which is a serious security risk. Never received items or any response from these guys though I have purchased from them before. Please block me from future purchases. Thanks!

CAUTION: SHIPPING COST IS WAY MORE THAN TYPICAL. The auctioneer is very clear that they do not ship, so that was no surprise. The UPS store folks who partner with this auctioneer are friendly, but they require a packing fee on top of the shipping costs, plus insurance. ==> See the other rating comments here and take heed that you will pay upwards of $40-$60 for shipping despite it being a handful of small items that would typically be shipped for like $12-$18. New York to neighboring Vermont cost ~$40 (which would have been more than $50 had I not persistently inquired with Steven at the UPS store about why it was so much, and he recalculated it). JUST BE MINDFUL SO YOU DON'T GET SHOCKED BY THE SHIPPING COST.

Not only did I receive an immediate text response when I wrote when I would arrive, but it took less than a minute in the busy shop to receive the item I purchased. I'll definitely keep an eye out for future auctions.

Phyllis is very nice and was a pleasure to communicate with. My only caution on bidding again is the shipping charges the local UPS Store charges. For a bracelet and post earrings (total weight less than an oz), they charged $55 to ship to Rhode Island. Love the jewelry but the fees, taxes and high priced shipping were too much.
