Very poor experience! I selected shipping and there way no communication at all even after 3 emails more than a week after the auction closed to at least get an update. Then when I did end up receiving the package it was sent in a shoebox (yes, a shoebox). I've had a chance to work with many of the auction houses and this has been the worst experience by far. I can't speak for in person service, but from a shipping perspective not a place I'll shop again.
