I placed an order for shipping. My total was just shy of $59. I was charged $90 to ship maybe 2 pounds worth of items. My items were wrapped with paper towels and a couple sheets of paper. Literally. They were placed in a HUGE box with NO filler. My items were small. On arrival nearly all of my items were broken. I was instructed to open a case with usps. Problem is, it wasn't a usps problem. Ridgeway Estate Sales takes no care in packing/shipping items and honestly has no business offering the service if they can't do it right. Pretty bad business to offer a service and treat the property of others with such little care and then have the audacity to charge for it. And why would they not pack in the most cost efficient manner? I buy and ship all the time. I've NEVER experienced anything like this as a buyer or seller. O/10 rating from me.
