The items / property listed in each auction will be sold by PNW Treasure Trove as owner of listed property or consignee on behalf of owner, subject to the terms and conditions here below.
PROPERTY / ITEMS OFFERED FOR SALE
All items / property or Lots that are sold, "As Is", PNW Treasure Trove and it's Consignors assume no risk, liability, or responsibility for the authenticity or the authorship of any item / property identified in any auction, including the identity of the creator or the period, culture, source of origin, or if any creation of any property is identified herein). All property / items are sold "as is" and neither PNW Treasure Trove or It's Consignors make any warranties, guarantees, or representations of any kind, and in no event shall they be responsible for the correctness, nor deemed to have made any representation or warranty, of description, authenticity, attribution, provenance, age or condition of the item / property. No statement in the description, made at the sale, on the bill of sale / invoice, or elsewhere, shall be deemed such a warranty or representation and / or an assumption of liability.
Conditions to Cancel a Sale
Notwithstanding the preceding condition, if within seven (7) days of the sale of any lot, the purchaser gives notice in writing to PNW Treasure Trove that the lot sold is counterfeit and, if within ten (10) days after such notice the purchaser returns the lot in the same condition as when sold, and proves beyond a reasonable doubt that the returned lot is in fact a counterfeit and that this was not indicated by a fair reading of the catalog, the sale will be rescinded and the purchase price refunded. PNW Treasure Trove may cancel a sale after the auction has closed for any reason.
Right to Withdraw
PNW Treasure Trove reserves the right to withdraw any property at any time prior to the sale.
AUCTION PROCEDURE
Registration:
PNW Treasure Trove requires each bidder to register online by creating an account with Auction Ninja before placing any bids. A valid major credit card will be required.
Acceptance of Bids:
PNW Treasure Trove reserves the right to reject a bid from any bidder. PNW Treasure Trove will not knowingly accept a bid from the consignor of any lot.
Payment and Title Transfer:
Upon the close of the online auction, title to the offered lot passes to the highest bidder who thereupon (a) assumes full risk and responsibility therefore, and (b) will pay the full purchase price therefore, or such part as PNW Treasure Trove may require. PNW Treasure Trove is also not responsible for technical issues or loss of internet connection.
Payment credit cards will be processed within 24 hours of the lot closing, all lots must be paid in full (including buyer’s premium, if applicable) prior to shipping or picking up the lot.
Non-payment will result in negative feedback, and be blocked from future bidding with us at PNW Treasure Trove.
Buyer's Premium
Unless the auction is advertised as having no buyer’s premium, a buyer’s premium will apply. On each lot the total purchase price payable shall be the sum of the final bid (the "sold" or "hammer" price) plus the buyer's premium. The buyer's premium is listed in the auction details for each auction listing. The buyer’s premium is taxable.
Removal of Purchased Merchandise
All purchases must be paid for and then removed during the scheduled pick-up times. Otherwise, arranged to be shipped, prior to bidding. Any non-pick up or lack of communication, will result in items to be forfeited.
Default on Sale
If any of the foregoing conditions or any other applicable conditions are not complied with, in addition to other remedies available to PNW Treasure Trove and to the Consignor by law, including without limitation the right to hold the purchaser liable for the bid price, PNW Treasure Trove, at its option, may either (a) cancel the sale, retaining as liquidated damage all payments made by the purchaser or (b) resell the property on three days notice to the purchaser and for the account and risk of the purchaser, either publicly or privately, and in such event the purchaser shall be liable for the payment of any deficiency plus all costs, the expense of both sales, and PNW Treasure Trove commission at its regular rates and all other charges due, plus incidental damages.
Payment Information

Shipping Information
Shipping, insurance packaging and handling of purchased lots is at the risk and expense of the purchaser. As a courtesy, PNW Treasure Trove may provide quotes for smaller, non-freight items. All bidders must contact through email, text, phone, or through the messaging system to acquire any shipping quotes, prior to bidding. Shipping can be paid through recharge to your card on file here, or through PayPal, whichever the customer prefer. Each customer will receive a separate shipping quote and invoice. Due to the value and delicacy of the items offered by PNW Treasure Trove, items are sent using professional shipping services. Primary shipping is by USPS, UPS, and FedEx, though other carriers may be used on a case-by-case basis. Again, please reach out to us prior to bidding, to obtain all shipping quotes ahead of time, to prevent any surprises at end of auction. We will not refund auction total or any part of auction total, due to refusal to pay shipping. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for shipping unless otherwise arranged. Post sale determination of shipping costs does not constitute grounds for cancellation of any purchase made at auction. All lots picked-up in person will be subject to local sales tax unless otherwise specified.

Please provide full address for an accurate quote and allow 72 hours before the close of the auction. Any shipping quotes received within the 72 hours to close of auction, we will do our best to get a quote over to you in time, but no guarantees. All items are sent with standard insurance and tracking information.
Please provide an email address and telephone number for tracking information. PNW Treasure Trove will offer combined shipping for multiple purchases when possible. Combined shipping quotes will be calculated upon the closing of the auction. Winning bidders are welcome to arrange their own shipping. PNW Treasure Trove will need a statement from you to verify the release of your items and to who.
PLEASE BE AWARE OF YOUR LOCAL REGULATIONS regarding the shipping or receipt of ivory, taxidermy. PNW Treasure Trove will not alter packing slips or lot descriptions or the price paid listed on same. If you choose to bid on at item that is later seized by customs, PNW Treasure Trove is not liable for any costs or refunds. If you are not sure about your local rules and regulations, please do not place bids on any item that might be in violation of your state, county, or cities rules and regulations.
