Deceptive in that product was broken and seller failed to mention that in the description as well as deliberately not including the broken piece in the 2 very similar photographs provided in the auction listing.

Upon opening, the broken spigot was inside the clear pitcher, so it had to have been seen, let alone removed (then returned inside the pitcher) to photograph the container and container's original box. I could see from the photograph that this lot would not include the filter that comes with this system, and had no problem bidding knowing that it was a used and incomplete product. However, the broken spigot renders the device useless for its intended purpose unless I can find a replacement part, which as of this writing is proving hard to locate.

I will proceed with caution with this seller in the future. I appreciate the time it takes the seller to write the lot listing, but a photograph showing all the contents would have been simple, and clued me in that this item required fixing. I've fixed other auction wins before, just expecting a more forthcoming experience so we can make informed bidding decisions.

All other aspects of the transaction were fine: bidding process per usual; generous window of time for the pick-up date; pick-up quick, friendly and easy to GPS with large , visible signage at the curb.
