Shipping buyers beware! I bought an item and I never heard back from them for over 3 weeks, if I hadn't continued to contact them I would never have received my item. Poor communication and general lack of professionalism.

Seller hasn't reached out to me and on the listing it sais shipping available. When I won the auction I got an automated email saying that it's pick up only and there is no shipping . This is false advertisement and I paid 52 dollars for this. This is a scam

This buyer contacted us at 4am the night of the auction expecting it to be shipped already. There is in fact a flaw in the default auctionninja winning email which says there is no shipping, however we have the option to select 'pixelthrift shipping' in specific listings that we mark as able to be shipped. This item was not one of them, and this buyer expected it to be shipped within 12 hours. We tried contacting this buyer several times but they haven't answered any emails or phone calls.

Fleeced by PixelThrift. I had won several items in an auction and picked them up, but a couple items were forgotten. Ok cool, accidents happen. PixelThrift was nice enough to message me and tell me, and chose a day I could come pick up my items. Unfortunately, they stopped responding to me after I responded back, so I guess I'm never getting my items or my money back. Figures. All my other items were good but this situation just ruined my experience with PixelThrift. Bidders beware.

We did refund this customer. Unfortunately this buyer couldn't fit the items in his car during his pick up, so we offered to drop them off at first.... but he said he would come back. We messaged him multiple times that we were open for pick up on several different days but he didn't reply or show up. We refunded him for the items because we could no longer hold on to them (it was about 3 to 4 weeks). This buyer also never called or texted us (which we are totally fine with) about this.
