We’re a locally owned estate sale and auction company based in University Place serving Tacoma, Federal Way, Olympia, and most of the Puget Sound area. Our goal is simple: to help families, collectors, and buyers connect through honest, well-organized sales.
Whether it’s a full home liquidation, downsizing, or simply finding new homes for quality items, we handle each sale with care. We sort, research, photograph, and present items so that buyers know exactly what they’re getting and sellers get the best possible return.
Our auctions often feature a wide mix—furniture, collectibles, home décor, artwork, tools, and everyday household items. We believe every piece has a story, and we enjoy seeing those stories continue in a new home.
Proudly serving our neighbors across the Puget Sound, we work hard to make each sale a smooth and fair experience for both sellers and buyers.
