I showed up to pick up auction items at the day/time listed on the auction. When I showed up there were signs outside the home that said the pickup date and time were changed from Friday to Sunday. I received no email notification at any point that the pickup date had changed. I tried to call and the number was not in service. When I showed up to pick up my items on Sunday, I was planning to mention this inconvenience but also ask if everything was ok since I have never had that happen with any auction house I have ever purchased from. As I walked up , I overheard one of them complaining about a customer who was frustrated that her number was out of service and couldn't be reached. There was no apology, no explanation, not even small talk. I seriously have never met less friendly people in the auction world. I have also never felt compelled to write a review about any auctioneer until this interaction. I am shocked that nobody else has written a review about this but I was truly bothered by this lack of customer care.

I was a little disappointed on the description of the size of the pictures and mirrors. When it said 4x6, the listing made it seem like it was large, not smaller than 4x6 inches. There needed to be a better description of the sizes. I would not have paid as much as I did for how small

Many items were not as described and in terrible shape, particularly the Gunne Sax Dree- many stains and disgusting armpit stains on both sides. The diecast toys bought in another lot were broken and waste of money. I will definitely stay away from this particular estate auction company and would tell others to do the same. Bummer.

Disappointing experience with this seller. Glass noted as excellent, but when unwrapped after pickup shows chips. Misrepresented items as to origin. Lesson learned!
