Item not wearable and not fixable with large run & stain in the crotch/center that was not noted in the item listing. The seller did promptly refund the item for me. But I drove an hour both ways so it was pretty annoying to discover.

I purchase from Auction Ninja sales about 1 - 2 per month. I had a great experience with Meadowlark Estate Services. Last week I won three lots including a belt, scarf and vintage ski suit. When I picked up the ski suit I noticed damage which was not disclosed. I reached out to Meadow Lark, they listened to my concerns, and made things right. As with other buyers, we showed up on a Friday afternoon as the listing stated was the pickup time. We drove over an hour. When we arrived the man at the house was shocked when we said that the listing said Friday and immediately started making calls and changed the date to Sunday. We had to drive over an hour back home and drive back Sunday.
After all that, the main item we went down for was a chandelier that was listed as 28 inches diameter. We paid $100, drover over 4 hours total, and the chandelier was mislabeled and only 11 inches diameter.

I had a similar experience as another bidder. I showed up to pick up the items and saw the sign stating the pickup date and time were changed from Friday to Sunday. After driving 35 miles, dealing with Friday Denver traffic, I was rather upset. I called the contact number at the top of the invoice, which had the incorrect area code (393) not (303). After contacting the correct person, I was told they were not aware of the incorrect date until after people showed up to pick up their items from the residence. I explained I was unable to pick up my items on the new specified date. They were understanding and agreed to ship the items to my home. After a couple weeks I did not receive the items or any shipping information. I texted the number for a shipping update, after several days, I had to post a question on their website for an update. I did get an answer to my queries, and the items were received several days later, although the date on the shipping label was created after I contacted them. I have to wonder if they would have shipped the items at all, if I had not contacted them a second time. I can only give them 1 star as the seller should double check their auction listings they delayed shipping the item and failed to notify the winners by Email and text stating the change in the pickup times. Once the hammer falls, there is a binding contract for all parties involved. All bidders have to acknowledge a legal statement before they can bid. The seller / auction house is also under legal obligation to truthfully describe each item and follow through with the posted distribution agreement.
