"We engaged Brandon of Lucky Find and his wife, Vanney, to organize and run an estate sale as we were selling our house and moving, and we were happy we did. Most importantly, the two of them did everything they promised to do, which is a rarity these days. They were very professional and very punctual, consistently arriving at our house at the scheduled time. They are very knowledgeable about the estate sale world and gave us some shrewd guidance on selling (or not selling) various items. Brandon and Vanny did a great job of organizing, packaging and presenting the sale items. They spent a great deal of time at our house photographing the sale items and, later and behind the scenes, in advertising the sale items on various estate sale websites they have access to. The sale itself went very smoothly and very successfully; we were happy with the results and pleasantly surprised at the number of items that did sell.
