I've been an AN addict for years, LOL. After having completed thousands of transactions, I have to say this has been one of the Best. Five Star seller in terms of responsiveness, accurate descriptions, professional packing and lightning-fast ship. While the shipping quote was a bit low, they MORE THAN MADE UP FOR IT by including extra goodies free of charge. Terms & Conditions

1. BUYER'S CONTRACT

Please DO NOT bid if you do not intend to purchase and pickup your items as ALL BIDS placed on this website are considered binding contracts. The Buyer is responsible for paying all invoiced amounts due to "Lots-o-stuff4u". This includes the final hammer price, buyer's premium, and all applicable sales taxes.

2. BUYER'S PREMIUM

A "Buyer's Premium" of 16% will added to the final invoice and charged to the debit or credit card you have on file with "Lots_o_stuff4u" along with the hammer price and all applicable sales taxes within 24 hours of auction's end.

3. SALES TAX

All sales are subject to applicable sales tax laws. Tax exempt buyers must provide a state sales tax exemption certificate to "Lots_o_stuff4u". Upon receipt of the sales tax exemption certificate, any future purchases will not be taxed. Tax resale forms can be submitted in your membership profile. Your profile name and address must be the same as your resale certificate.

4. ITEM DESPCRIPTIONS

All items are sold as-is, where-is. Most of the items listed for auction are used, vintage or antique. Therefore, signs of wear consistant with age should be expected. We do our best to accurately describe all items up for auction but PLEASE review the photos in helping to determine the item's condition. The absence of any descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Please reach out to us via text or email if you have questions regarding an item's condition.

All sales are final. No returns, credits, refunds or exchanges.

5. AUCTION PICKUP

Please make sure you are able to pickup your items on the day and time specified for pickup PRIOR TO BIDDING. Any and all items not picked up durig the scheduled pickup time will be considered forfeited and abandoned. No refunds will be given.

If you need to send someone else to pick up your items on the scheduled day and time for pickup, please send us their name as confirmation of approval for pickup.

6. PACKING AND LOADING OF ITEMS

Please bring:

a. any and all packing materials you may need with you to pickup your items...boxes, paper, bags, tools, tape, etc. There WILL NOT be any mateirals available at the pickup location.

b. HELP TO LOAD YOUR ITEMS. We will not have the staff to help you load....especially with the larger items.
