Lighthouse Estate Sales will never release or sell any personal information 

*PICK-UP INFORMATION*

• I agree to the pick-up time. There will not be an alternate pick-up date for this auction. Unless prior arrangements have been made directly with our office, ALL ITEMS NOT PICKED UP ON NOTED PICK-UP DAYS ARE DEEMED FORFEITED AND ABANDONED WITHOUT REFUND. If items are to be transported for a later pick-up, you will be subjected to a $10 fee.
• Items are "As Is" and "Where Is". Lighthouse Estate Sales does not move or store any items.
  I agree to bring all necessary tools and labor to pick up items including hand tools, bags, boxes, packing paper, blankets, hand truck/dolly, etc.
• I agree to pay a fee to get help from a staff member to move large items.
• If you do not bring the necessary help to move a large item and a staff member must help you, you may be charged $50.
• I agree to pay a disposal fee if I do not pick up my items.
• If your order is not picked up within the pick-up window, you may be charged a disposal fee. Disposal fees will vary depending on the size of the order.
• Please bring an ID to the pick-up.
• Please inspect all of your items prior to leaving the pick-up site. You are agreeing that you have inspected your items and they are in satisfactory condition.
• Most items are used, vintage and/or antique and are being sold as-is. Expect that all items will have some wear. We do our best to describe condition, list damage, repairs or restorations. Be aware that descriptions of conditions are our opinions. Absence of descriptive condition must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Bidders are responsible to do all due diligence prior to bidding including inquiry of condition, wear, or working condition.

*SHIPPING INFORMATION*

• I agree to have my items shipped. Limited shipping is available. Check with the auction manager to ensure your items can be shipped and get a rough estimate on the shipping/handling fee.
• We do NOT ship Furniture.
• We do NOT ship within Colorado.
• I agree my order may take up to 6 weeks to ship.
•  We use USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail. If the items are too large for priority mail shipping, UPS will be used. Larger items shipped through UPS will be subjected to higher shipping and handling fees.
