Pickup Policy
Local pickup is one day only during the scheduled pickup window listed in the auction details. Please plan accordingly before bidding.
Winning bidders must pick up their items during the designated pickup time. No alternate pickup ...view moretimes will be offered.
Buyers are responsible for bringing their own packing materials, and boxes. Staff will not be available to move heavy items. Please bring appropriate help if you purchase furniture or large pieces.
Items not picked up during the scheduled pickup window will be considered abandoned and forfeited with no refund. We do not store items after the pickup date.
Please arrive within the pickup window to avoid delays, and bring a copy of your paid invoice and id for reference.
Shipping Terms
Shipping is available on select items as noted in the listing. If you require shipping, please contact us through the AuctionNinja messaging system after the auction closes to confirm.
Shipping charges will include actual carrier postage, packing materials, and a handling fee. All shipping costs will be charged to the credit card on file prior to shipment.
Items will be carefully packed and shipped within 5–7 business days after the auction pickup date. Buyers will receive tracking information once the item has been shipped.
We reserve the right to determine the most appropriate shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) based on size, weight, and destination.
Large, heavy, or fragile items may not qualify for in-house shipping. In those cases, buyers may arrange pickup or coordinate with a third-party shipper at their own expense.
Once items have been transferred to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused during transit.
