I'm disabled but luckily found parking close to Home Inspirations. I'd been having a very painful day and a worse week so by the time I entered the pick up location I was beyond my limits. Nicolette immediately noticed my distress and quickly offered me a chair so i could rest.. She located my items right away and even had a wonderful young man carry my items to my car.
To have found such a warm caring woman like Nicolette at Home Inspirations was a true blessing. I will continue to shop their auctions knowing that she is an honest, upfront, individual who will go the extra mile to make certain her bidders are happy.
Thank you Nicolette and staff. You made my day much easier and restored my faith in doing business with auction houses.

I drove 30 minutes to pick up my items and Nicolette could not find a Sid Dickens tile I purchased. She informed me that she had it at her home and would go get it for me. I waited a couple of hours and went back to get the tile. At that point she said she did not have it but would send it to me the following day. The plan was to call me when she got it in the mail. I did not hear from her so called her only to find out that the tile was not available. She refunded all my money back and gave me 3 ornaments. This was such a disappointing experience with a truly unprofessional auctioneer. I have purchased several items with Auction Ninja with great success. Nicolette was incredibly disorganized and I feel she was dishonest. Beware!
