I love these items that I won. Pickup was different with waiting at the storage facility. The directions were clear and I received my winnings about 5-7 minutes after I texted the number. Really nice, hardworking staff. The Estate Alchemy auctions always have a really interesting mix of items.

I will not be participating in any auctions where pick up is at a storage unit, with this company. Unorganized and agonizing experience.

Pick up experience needs some work. Had to text time we would be there for pick up and also text again when we got there. Had to wait outside of storage unit facility while employee got the items from the storage unit and brought them back, one person at a time, to the locked gate. Didn't have all the pieces and had to wait for her her go back twice to get our remaining pieces. Total wait time was 45 minutes. Employee seemed stressed. Pick up needs to be more streamlined with communication. Some people left because they were waiting too long. Some people were yelling and cursing. Very uneasy and stressful pick up experience.
