Absolutely no response to several phone calls and emails regarding my purchase. I have paid and don't have my item. I misunderstood that I had to prearrange the shipping. And when I tried to seek any kind of solution to get the item....totally ghosted. They took the money, kept the item.

When you have a Lladro figurine and the whole hand is broken off, you don't mark the condition as "Good" - you probably shouldn't even be selling it. You have to do a better job of making a condition report. If the whole hand is broken off, you note it and say, "Poor" - it isn't even "Fair" - that's a broken finger. But you note it.

Great auction items, great customer service. I'm a repeat buyer and will be again! For some crazy reason the GPS would not take me to their address, but one call and they got me back on track!

They always have the BEST auctions. Just picked up our lot and I'm sorry we didn't bid higher and win a few others. He also opened the garage as this was the last auction at this house, we bought a lot of items at a great price! Thanks!

DIshonest auctioner. 13 out of 16 books that I bid on and won weren't available at pickup. Rude interaction.

I'll start with the positive - the seller was responsive, and it was an easy process to have my item shipped which is always appreciated.
The coat that I purchased looks gorgeous BUT...it smells absolutely atrocious.
I thought maybe it was mentioned in the listing and I missed it, so I went back to re-read it and it isn't mentioned anywhere. I understand certain small flaws, or maybe a slight scent to a vintage item - it's just in the nature of buying vintage. But this coat absolutely stinks of mothballs, so rancid my entire house smells like it now.
After much debating, I even attempted washing it on a cold gentle cycle with a little bit of white vinegar as many suggested to me online. All that did was make it smell like a combination of mothballs and wet dog, and now my basement as well as the rest of my house smells :')
It smelled so bad I ended up having to dispose of it and leave windows open just to try to get the stink out of my house.
I wouldn't say not to buy from this seller because they were easy to work with, but I'd be wary of any clothing items after my experience.
