I had a fantastic experience. I arrived on-time and received my items shortly within a few minutes and was on my way. They were careful to use baskets and tote bags to insure the safety of my items before they got to me and stayed with me to make sure I received every item that I had won. Great customer service.

My lot that I had won was misplaced or lost and the other lot was delivered on a clip board which caused the head of salt shaker to came off when I picked it off the clip board on the base the head fell and broke Very disappointed. No help from this auction house

great job, they helped us load our truck since it was a big piece of furniture. very nice people and the item was exactly as what we saw in the pictures! would definitely keep an eye out on auctions from this team!

Item picked up was exactly as depicted on website, instructions to claim item were clear and pick up was quick and easy. Would buy from them again!
