Won a camera in auction in early August. Seller did not reply after a week then told me their Internet was down. Coordinated shipping, which took another 2 weeks to be sent. Finally shipped and when I got the tracking number, the camera was never delivered because the address was incorrect and the item was returned to sender (seller). Asked to have item reshipped to the correct address (listed on my account and all transactions) and seller said item wasn't not at their shop, and they would check with surrounding businesses to see if they received it. Stated no businesses received it and carrier says it was delivered. Woke up this morning to a refund to my credit card initiated yesterday with no communication whatsoever. A total of 6 weeks, constant back and forth and work to keep track of it, and ultimately no item.

I tried to contact seller through auction ninja, and got no response. I was delayed due to traffic and was unable to get my item, and seller does not respond. Poor customer service.
