The seller's photo listing did not show the horrible stains on one sofa. No mention of it was made in the listing or I would not have bid on it. I cannot clean it or use it as is. A second sofa could not be removed from the basement because it was too large to fit through the doorway. I was told I would be refunded for the second sofa, but so far I have received nothing. I also purchased a few miscellaneous items that were as described. I would certainly hesitate to do business with this company again. I felt the listings on the furniture pieces were misleading at best, and deceptive marketing at worst.

I won my very first Auction Ninja Lot from this seller. I require shipping on everything I win, as I don't live near any of the auctions. AATS made it so easy to receive shipped items it really made the whole bidding/ buying process easy. Due to my experience with this seller, I recommended the auction ninja site to family members. I will definitely check out their future sales, and would definitely bid with them again. Very happy 😊

The reason for such low ratings is because things were beyond misrepresented. I came down with my friend Jennifer Larry, who had won two leather sofas and a sleeper loveseat, along with other items. (Problems) 1. The one Tan comfy couch was not labeled on auction as a sleeper sofa, and had to be left onsite due to not being able to remove from basement without causing damage to property. Handrail had to be removed along with door and couch still would not clear staircase. The white curved leather sofa was so disgustingly filthy under the "removable cousins" where a picture could and should have been disclosed.‼️ A U-Haul truck had to be rented for this auction mainly based on the sofa's not even worth $2 in my personal opinion. This statement made on the facts that I had to carry and load the nasty things. You have strict rules for people who bid, yet garbage is pushed on customers with the "as is" slapped on the description.. However when information or lack of pictures showing reasons that people would refrain from bidding are left out.. A two hundred plus mile trip to get ripped.. On a good note the people at pickup were very polite. Besides that, totally not worth the time or money. Please look into and return communication.
