Antique 18k Gold Mens Key Wind Pocket Watch

This has been tested it is solid 18 karat gold. Extremely fancy face with a crystal. Back opens to reveal the following “duplex escapement eight whole jeweled number 2744 steel screw balance, compensation curve, ruby, roller, and lever.
How you can see the hinge needs some attention it’s not snapped. It appears that the steel pin has moved far to the one side keeping the hinge from operating correctly. I’m guessing a very minor repair. This watch will run when you wind it
I cannot find a name on the case or on the movement however, I believe it is Continental or English very good detail.
