Here we have some really great old adventure, books that boys and girls enjoyed many many years ago.
* ‘The lost Jungle’. This is a book from 1936 with photographs, a treasure hunt and a wild ape, following Clyde, the hero of this book.
* ‘Burn em up Barnes’ a book from 1935. This also has a great storyline of a crazy hot rod guy with photographs quite the compelling story!
* ‘Tom Mix and the Terror Trail’ . This is a book from 1934 which again has many photographs looking of a home, spun western adventure and apparently is also a movie made around the same time.
* ‘Jack Swift and his Rocket Ship’. This is a 1934 book that has a lot of illustration that’s very cool featuring deep space adventure with men and women rocketship people.
* ‘Tom Mix in the Riding Avenger’. Well, it seems that Thom is added again. He’s back in the saddle somewhere out in the west and has dealings with Ollie at the cook shack being on the rocky cliffs of a rendezvous and noting he is primed for action with his gun..
* ‘Dick Tracy and the Chain of Evidence’. This is a 1938 book showing to be loved. Dick Tracy checking out the ballistics of weaponry tracking the criminal Johnny, who was made to call down to the waiting detectives and finding out that Johnny is the son of Rufus… This is a big adventure!
‘Robin Hood with Douglas Fairbanks’. Here we have a 1935 book which features Douglas Fairbanks in some photographs it’s a composite made Marion known as a beautiful woman Douglas Fairbanks Nanjing, a villain having his come up its and a final heart felt photograph of Robin Hood and the king embracing each other.
*’The winning Point’ this is a 1936 book which, of course is all about football. There are people involved such as Bruce, Thom, Fritz, and of course, a love interest in the book showing a ruckus football scenario of fallbacks last downs, crazy signals, and the inevitable winning point.
The books are quite old and they do need to be carefully turned for each page as the books are coming up towards 100 years in age yet they’re all intact and the stories can be fully read.
