We will ship SMALLS only via UPS. Smalls meaning light weight and can easily be transported. You ...view moremust pre-arrange this with us prior to bidding and then remind us again AFTER you have successfully won via EMAIL. We will drop your items off at our local UPS store within one week of auction close. UPS will then package your items and CALL you for payment. We CANNOT ship by any other carrier. We reserve the right to refuse transport of items we deem too large, heavy, or fragile. You will not be refunded if you bid on something we cannot transport.

Please do not bid if unable to pickup your item(s) during our allotted time. Items not picked up during this time will be considered forfeited without refund. Pickups will be done curbside with the exception of furniture (see below).

We will not provide packing materials so please come prepared.
For pickup of large/heavy items you will need to bring your own manpower and hand truck if needed. Furniture will need to be picked up from inside the home. We cannot assist in hauling it out.
