SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We are happy to work with all of our buyers facilitating shipping of their items.

If you are having your item shipped, please let us know so we can separate your things from the pick up inventory.

UPS

We work with The UPS Store to ship your items to you.  Shipping is the client's responsibility to arrange and pay for. Upon winning, please contact The UPS Store at  516-741-6245. They will make arrangements directly with you and you pay them for your shipments. 

MOVING/DELIVERY SERVICES:

We have  a local mover  who can help you in the following areas:  All of Long Island, Manhattan, Connecticut - South of Danbury, New Jersey- Eastern Essex and Southern Bergen Counties.

It is your responsibility to make arrangements with the local movers and notify us  so that we can make arrangements for pick up times. 

NATIONWIDE:

If you are an out-of-state dealer or designer and you have your own shipper, we will accommodate you by organizing a pick up time.

When you register for an auction conducted by Silver Creek antique and estate you are agreeing to the following Terms: 

You affirm that your credit card is in good standing and will cover the charges, including all taxes, premiums and fees.

You affirm that you understand and agree to the allotted pick up time. You must pick up your items within this time slot or you will forfeit your item with no refund. No exceptions.

You affirm that you understand and agree that all items are SOLD AS IS/WHERE IS. We endeavor to photograph and describe each item in detail and to highlight any flaws, repairs or damage. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask any questions prior to bidding. It is to be expected that antique and vintage furnishings will show some signs of use and wear. When you agree to participate in this auction, you are agreeing that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no refunds, credits or returns.

You affirm that you understand that you are expected to bring your own packing materials as none are provided at the pick up site and that you will bring your own movers. It is your responsibility to make sure you can remove your item from the property.

You affirm and accept the Auction Ninja platform As-Is and do not hold Silver Creek Antique and Estate liable should the software stop working for any reason during the auction. Silver Creek Antique and Estate does not warrant that the Auction Ninja Software will be uninterrupted or error free.

You affirm that  Silver Creek Antique and Estate is harmless and not liable for any malfunction of any kind of the Auction Ninja Software.

In the rare event that the Auction Ninja software fails and leads to the cancellation of the Auction, including after the auction has closed and payments have been automatically processed,  each winning bidder will be notified by Silver Creek Antique and Estate of the cancellation of the auction and their money will be refunded completely. 

You affirm and understand that to participate in an auction conducted by Silver Creek Antique and Estate through Auction Ninja,  you, the bidder,  accepts these terms and holds Silver Creek Antique and Estate harmless from any claim arising from any Auction Ninja software failure leading to the cancellation of the auction.

You affirm and understand that by registering for an auction through Silver Creek Antique and Estate that you accept all above terms of this agreement.  Do not register to participate in our auction if you do not accept all these terms.
