You are responsible for removing your items off the property, including larger furniture. It is your responsibility to bring help, to move larger items, and to bring Hand Carts and Dollies for large items. We try to bundle your winning lots together, and at times it will be wrapped and boxed. It is helpful to bring wrapping, bags, boxes.
