Vintage Sterling Silver Fisher Silversmith 747 Creamer and Sugar (DL45)
These are marked 747 with the Fisher logo on the back.
The creamer has a tiny dent in the bowl and the creamer has several. None are very large or even obvious from the outside. You can see them on the insides of the bowls.
