Each item has been inspected, photographed, and video-recorded during packaging and shipped with tracking and insurance.
Once carrier tracking confirms delivery, the transaction shall be deemed final and complete.

The Buyer expressly agrees not to initiate any chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute for any reason, including but not limited to issues regarding condition, authenticity, or delivery.
Any such attempt shall be considered fraudulent and may be reported to law enforcement authorities, payment processors, and Auction Ninja for investigation.

All disputes arising from or related to this transaction shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in Nassau County, New York, in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
