For items shipped through USPS, Ridgeways Estate Sales will charge a service fee of 20% on the postage cost plus a $5 supply fee for each order. This will be billed to the card on file.

For very large or fragile items, Ridgeways Estate Sales will use UPS pack and ship. This will be billed to the card on file.

Please check that your shipping address listed with Auction Ninja is correct and select the shipping option when you bid. No further action is needed. RIdgeways Estate Sales will reach out if there is any issue. Items will be shipped within fifteen (15) days of the auction pick-up, and you will receive a text message when shipped.

Ridgeways Estate Sales does not accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged packages. All claims must be handled directly with USPS or UPS. Buyers must consent to these terms prior to bidding.
