*The artwork has not been examined beyond the frame, and the description has been written based solely on its apparent, face-value characteristics.

*All items in this auction are pre-owned. Wear and tear consistent with age and use should be expected.

*Pickup times will not be extended!

*Auction pickup days are listed and there are no other dates/times offered.

*We will leave the estate promptly at auction pickup closing time. Plan on arriving at least 15 minutes prior to auction pickup closing and at least 45 minutes if you have several items or furniture!!

*We do not leave items out for after-hours pick up. Customers are not allowed at the property after auction pick up times. Items not picked up during auction pick up times will be forfeited.

*We do not assist moving or packing of your items.

*Please bring the proper assistance that would be needed to remove your items from the property. Please note that items may be located throughout the estate including basement and 2nd floor.

*Shipping and transportation of items must be scheduled and paid by noon on the day of auction pickup.
Customers must arrange alternative pickup/shipping arrangements directly with auctioneer prior to auction closing by calling us directly. (Do not text, email or communicate through Auction Ninja.)
Please be sure to read the auction shipping and transport information carefully.

*Payment: As per our terms of service, your total invoice will be auto-debited from the credit card you have on file with our credit card processor, *Stripe. This charge includes the hammer prices, buyer’s premiums, and all applicable sales tax for the items you won.

*Resale certificates: All resale certificates must be sent via email or presented in person to receive credit for taxes paid. We will place this information on file and all future purchases will be tax exempt until the certificate expires.

ALTERNATE PICK UP & SHIPPING:




Below is the information regarding shipping and alternative pickups.  Please read carefully to ensure that there is no confusion regarding the process.
All Shipping and Transportation arrangements must be made in advance of auction closing and fees must be paid in advance of auction pickup!
To make arrangements please contact the auctioneer directly by calling the number provided.  We will not respond to requests via text/email or Auction Ninja.

We do not ship furniture or oversized items.

POST OFFICE SHIPPING - We would be happy to ship a few smaller items at our local post office.  The fee to transport and pack items will be $30 per box in addition to shipping cost.   - the transport fee must be paid via venmo or paypal by noon on the auction pickup day.  Please allow 1-3 business days for items to be dropped off at the local post office. Medium Flat Rate Boxes  Dimensions: 11" × 8½" × 5½"  Price: $25.00 Large Flat Rate BoxDimensions: 12¼" × 12" × 6"Price: $35.00  UPS STORE - We would be happy to drop off 1 or 2 small items off at our local UPS STORE.  The UPS Store will contact you directly and the shipping and payments will be handled directly through them.  The fee to transport items will be $30 - the $30 must be paid via venmo or paypal by noon on the auction pickup day.  Please allow 1-3 business days for items to be dropped off at the local UPS Store.  
TRANSPORT BACK TO OUR WAREHOUSE - We would be happy to transport pre-approved selected items back to our warehouse location.  The fee to transport items will be determined based on the item size.  The fee must be paid via venmo or paypal by noon on the auction pickup day. THIS OPTION MUST BE AGREED UPON PRIOR TO AUCTION CLOSING TIME!

Revivals WILL NOT follow up with customers to organize the additional pick up day.  It is the customer's responsibility to contact us directly to set up a pick up window.  All items not picked up within 3 business days will be forfeited.
