Antique No. 4 Universal Bread Maker bucket, manufactured by Landers, Frary & Clark.
It was awarded a gold medal at the St. Louis Exposition in 1904.
The company Landers, Frary & Clark operated from 1865 to 1965 and adopted the "Universal" name for its products in 1890.
The device consists of a tapered circular container with side handles and a slot on the bottom for a clamp to secure it to a table.
It was considered a revolutionary household product for its time and requires no electricity.
