Issue 1 (two variant covers included) launches the story of two celebrity scientists, Corbin Quinn and Danny Reilly, who pioneer the world’s first time-travel experiments. When one of them gets stranded in the past, the other goes after him—only to go rogue, reshaping history for their own indulgent ends.

Issue 2 explores the chaos that ensues as the duo takes full advantage of their newfound temporal freedom. Ancient empires, future tech, and military factions collide in a wildly unpredictable timeline where nothing is off-limits.

Issue 3 sees the time stream unravel as the consequences of their actions spiral beyond control. As enemies from multiple eras close in, the question becomes whether the Chrononauts can set things right—or if they even want to.
