PICKUP
Pickup date for this auction will be Friday, April 3rd, by appointment between 1pm and 5pm. Please confirm an alternate time with us before bidding if you cannot pick-up your item at the designated time. ...view more
Pick up will work on scheduled time slots to avoid large crowds and reduce wait times. Your win email will include a link to schedule a pick up slot during the pick up day. If you schedule your pickup this will avoid crowds and long waits when you get here! We will serve buyers with pickup appointments first if there is a line. Please choose one slot only no matter how many items you’ve purchased.
Please bring your own manpower for loading furniture and heavy items, and bring your own packing materials. We will NOT have movers on site to move heavy items though all furniture will be in the garage for ease of loading. All buyers are responsible for removing purchased items during pick up time. Our team is not required to help load items but if they have time and are willing, there will be a $10 charge per helper per item via Venmo or Cash.
SHIPPING
There are 2 options for shipping. Both options require identity verification if you are a new bidder with us and your invoice totals $100. For most buyers this is just a photo of your driver’s license via email (rehomeco@gmail.com) or text (303-829-5966). For invoices over $500 we may require further information to verify your identity.
In House Shipping for Nonbreakable items:
We are happy to ship NONBREAKABLE items that can fit in a flat rate box at buyers expense with a $10 handling fee per box. If you are confident your item is not breakable and can fit in a flat rate box, click shipping when you go to bid. If your invoice is under $100 or you have purchased with us in the past, nothing more is required of you. We will pack and ship your items the following week, charging your card on file. You’ll get a notification through auctionninja when a shipping label is created with tracking info.
If your item is non-breakable but too large for a flat rate box, contact before bidding to see if we can ship this in house. If so, procedure is same as above.
3rd Party Shipping for Breakable or Oversized Items:
If an item is breakable, or oversized, you can choose 3rd party shipping. THIS OPTION CAN BE QUITE EXPENSIVE DEPENDING ON THE ITEM. You will need to call our local UPS store at (303) 834-8428 to get permission for us to drop your item off. We cannot drop off an item without you speaking with them and arranging for the drop off. Once you have done this, please message us through auctionninja or email us at rehomeco@gmail.com to let us know you have spoken with the UPS store and we can drop off your item. If your invoice is over $100 and you are a new bidder with us we will need to verify your identity. All items are SOLD AS IS. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask any questions prior to bidding. Please refer to photos as part of description. All items are sold as-is, where-is. While ReHome Estate Sales will do its best to list any damage, repairs or restorations, the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Most of the items we sell are antique, vintage or used. You should expect signs of wear consistent with age. All sales are final. No returns, credits or exchanges.
