Due to limited driveway space, we are scheduling pickup times by last name. Winning bidders should park on the street if they wish to pick up non-furniture items.

Please try your best to come at the appropriate time slot. Not picking up at the scheduled time might create delays:

Time Slot A: Last names beginning with A-H 12PM-2:00PM

Time Slot B: Last names beginning with I-R 1:30PM-3:30PM.

Time Slot C: Last names beginning with S-Z 3PM-5PM.

Please do not come early. We will start pickups promptly at 12. Items not picked up during this day/time will be considered forfeited without refund.

(For Select small items inc. jewelry, coins other smaller items. Only USPS flat rate boxe are available for this service.) Transport fees may apply in addition to postage.

In House Shipping
We can ship smaller items at our discretion. Please contact us prior to bidding for shipping availability. IMPORTANT: If the item(s) can be shipped and you are the winning bidder, please email us before the scheduled pickup date at provenanceauctions@gmail.com with your name, shipping address, and the item(s) you won. We will respond a few days after the auction pickup with the shipping cost. Shipping times vary and can take a couple weeks. We offer this service as a courtesy and package and ship items when our schedule permits. All shipping quotes will include the shipping and packing material cost, possible signature confirmation fee (depending on value), a $10-20 service charge depending on size and packaging needed, and insurance costs over $100. We will not use any buyer's shipping accounts.
