Condition of Items
All items are sold as-is, where-is, with all faults. Most items are antique, vintage, or previously used and will show wear consistent with ...view moreage and use. We do our best to accurately describe condition, including any visible damage, repairs, or restorations; however, descriptions and photographs should not be considered exhaustive or guaranteed. The absence of a condition note does not imply an item is free of flaws.

Bidding & Responsibility
By placing a bid, you acknowledge that you have reviewed all photos and descriptions and accept the item in its current condition. Bidders are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence prior to bidding. Questions should be directed to the auction manager BEFORE placing a bid. All bids are binding and cannot be retracted.

All Sales Final
All sales are final. No returns, refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.

Payment
Payment is due immediately upon auction close and will be processed automatically using the credit card on file with AuctionNinja. A buyer’s premium of 20% will be added to the final hammer price.

Pickup & Shipping
Local Pickup (Recommended):
Located in downtown Keene, NH. Address will be provided to winning bidders via email.

Winning bidders must pick up their items during the designated pickup window stated in the auction details.
Items not picked up during this time will be considered forfeited without refund. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Buyers must bring any necessary packing materials, tools, and assistance for lifting and loading.
Staff may not be available to assist with moving large or heavy items.
*Items must be inspected at pickup; once removed from the premises, the buyer assumes all responsibility.

Limited In-House Shipping:
We offer in-house shipping at our discretion on select items. If you are planning to have items shipped to you, you must select the shipping option when you register to bid. It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is eligible for shipping BEFORE placing your bid! This will be noted at the bottom of the item's description. If it is eligible for shipping it will read "IN-HOUSE SHIPPING AVAILABLE."
*Please note that shipping labels are created automatically, so we can only ship items to the address you have on file with AuctionNinja. Shipping fees are also charged automatically to the card you have on file with AuctionNinja.

Your item will be shipped to you within 7 business days via USPS. We use Priority Mail Flat Rate packaging and will always do our best to ship your items in the most economical way possible, while still ensuring safety for fragile items. If you win multiple items, we will automatically combine shipping and adjust the fees accordingly.
*All items are shipped at the buyer’s risk. We pack carefully, but once the item is in transit, liability transfers to the carrier.

Third-Party Shipping
We are happy to work with any third-party shipper of your choice on all items. Please select the "Pick Up" option when you register to bid and kindly email us with your shipper's name and contact # after the auction closes. BEFORE bidding, please ensure that they are able to pick up your items during the designated pick up dates/times. Alternatively, we offer free drop off at Shipping Shack in Keene, NH.
