Auction Rules:

You are responsible for the removal of your winnings from the home on day of pickup.

Please do not bid if you are unable to pay and take possession of your winning items during the specified ...view morepickup time period. If you are unable to pick up your items during the specified time, and do not make arrangements your items will be forfeited and no refunds will be issued. A disposal fee starting at $50.00 will be charged for large items not picked up in the scheduled time frame, or other arrangements made.

For tax exempt Purchases your tax exempt information and certificate needs to be loaded in AUCTION NINJA SYSTEM BEFORE bidding!

All payments are processed through AUCTION NINJA WEBSITE.

Please bring your own packing materials. We are not responsible for damage of items once you take possession.

FURNITURE and Large/ heavy item purchases: YOU MUST bring the help, tools, or whatever will be needed to remove and load your items. Monster Estate Sales will not be able to assist in moving, dismantling and loading of Large items. If you are unable to move your item because of inadequate help, your items will be forfeited and no refunds will be given. If you cause any damage to the home moving items, you will be responsible for the cost of the repairs.

Items not picked up during the designated time slot will be considered forfeited without refund. There are NO exceptions.

WE DO NOT PROVIDE LABOR TO MOVE LARGE HEAVY ITEMS. YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN MANPOWER. If you do not bring the proper help to required remove your items in the allotted time slot, your items will be forfeited, with NO REFUNDS given. If you are unaware if you will need help you must ask prior to arriving for pickup. FROM EXPERIENCE, If you have to ask, then you probably need help. THE MONSTER AND HIS STAFF CAN NOT ASSIST IN MOVING ITEMS!
If you ignore the above, and the Monster or his staff have to assist in moving large items you will be charged a fee to your credit card on file starting at $25, and will increase depending on size and difficulty of moving your items. Monster has the right to refuse moving assistance as they see fit, with no refunds offered or given.

Full pickup address will be provided via email to winning bidders.

SHIPPING:
Shipping is available for orders over $25.00. If you would like an item shipped please let us know prior to pickup time. We can ship most items. Monster Estate Sales inc. Is not responsible for damage during shipment. It is recommended that fragile items be picked up in person. Shipping charges are in addition to all auction charges. There is a $10 fee for all shipping orders (Will be higher for large orders), plus the Shipping and Handling costs. Once packed up, we will charge your credit card on file for shipping charges. No items will be shipped until paid. There are no refunds on purchased items if shipping charges are more than you expected, or payment is not completed within the specified timeframe. Shipping invoices must be paid within 48 hours or your items will be forfeited. Multi piece lots will have higher packing fees to insure the items arrive to you safely.

Item Transport:
If you can not pick up your order and need it transported to another location there will be a fee starting at $15.00 (More for larger/ fragile orders)

Monster is not responsible for listing errors. If a listing contains pictures of extra items not in the listing title, they are there accidentally and not included in your purchase.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. All items must be checked/tested for flaws, issues, authenticity, etc. at pickup. there will be no refunds for items once it leaves the pickup location. BUYERS PREMIUM IS NOT REFUNDABLE.
