Shipping is available on *select lots*- please review individual lot details for options. If you bid on a lot that is not available for shipment, and then choose shipping, you will forfeit that item. It will not be shipped. Thank you for understanding.

➔ ABSOLUTELY NO alternate pickup times unless otherwise arranged before bidding. I more often than not do not have access to a home after an auction has wrapped up. I WILL NOT store your auction wins, my home is not a warehouse, nor do I have a storage facility- this has become an issue with too many people taking advantage of my kindness- thank you for understanding. Shipping will be arranged for select items; make sure you do not bid on non-shippable items if you cannot come pick them up. This is an automatic forfeiture of said item, and said item will be donated to a charity shop. Thank you for understanding.

Location: Pickup location is in Keene, NH. Address will be provided on winning invoice.

Bring Help: Bring your own manpower, packing materials, and tools for items you may need to disassemble or take down. Auction staff cannot assist with loading or moving heavy items- this has also become a huge issue. PLEASE- if you buy something that needs lifting- you NEED to bring help. I have a severe spinal condition that prevents me from lifting over 8 pounds. Thank you for understanding.

Payment: Payment must be made via credit card through Auction Ninja at checkout. No cash or alternate forms of payment accepted.

If you have any questions about the item/items, please ***ASK BEFORE YOU BID***. Clothing is not washed or pressed before auction. This is not possible. Thank you for understanding.

Failure to Pick up: Items not picked up within the specified date and time window will be considered forfeited without refund. NO exceptions.

Shipping and Handling:

Small, shippable items are available for shipping via USPS or UPS via Pirate Ship. A handling/transport/packing supplies fee of $12- will be added to each shipment. For anything oversized or heavy- an additional fee WILL apply. Any package over $100-, insurance will be added. ***I DO NOT and CANNOT give you shipping estimates before the auction is completed. That is not possible. Thank you for understanding.

Shipping and handling costs are billed separately after auction closes and recharged to your credit card on file. If your credit card on file declines more than 3 times, you forfeit your items and shipment. I do not have time to chase multiple people for payment.

If you choose shipping- I will contact you after auction PICK-UP is completed. I will reach out via Auction Ninja messaging with a S+H total and a tracking number.
