400 Frosted Vinyl DVD/CD inserts for creating books with discs in them. Back in the day we sold DVDs along with workbooks. Eventually we got tired of paying for packaging and decided to find a way to put the DVDs WITH the books so they didn't require separate anything.

We ended up having these sheets made. What we did with them is punch holes in them along the "hole bearing" side (I have included pics of both punched and un-punched sheets so you can see the difference), and then give them to our local printmaker, who would print the paper stuff and combine it with these sheets, fill the sheets with discs, and then bind the whole thing together so each student just got one workbook, but in the back of it were a bunch of discs, so they didn't need to worry about separate packaging.

Anyway, eventually, we moved everything online. But we have these sheets! So if you have a church or other group that actually uses either CDs or DVDs, this will give you an easy way to bundle those DVDs/CDs together with any printed material you want to distribute.

Now, you may have noticed that these vinyl sheets are WIDE as they are meant to be bound into a LANDSCAPE formatted book. However, fear not! Because by making ONE straight cut on the sheet, you can transform it from a 6-disc sheet that will NOT fit into a standard 8.5" x 11" portrait-formatted document, into a 4-disc 8.5" x 8.5" sheet that WILL fit into a standard 8.5" x 11" portrait-formatted book.

In the pictures, I have populated the sheets with random video game discs I found in my house. I am using TWO sheets so you can see what these sheets look like both untouched and with holes punched in them so that they can be bound using a standard "Trubind" coil binding system. I also show the FRONT and BACK sides of each vinyl sheet.

I have also MODIFIED two of the sheets I was photographing so that it is cut right after the second disc holder. This allows the sheet to still have holes punched on the leftmost, blank edge, and be bound into a standard 8.5" x 11" portrait-oriented book, although it will only hold four discs now instead of 6.

You can put discs in both front & back pockets. I have five cases of these, each with 400 sheets in it. Each case is 19" x 12" x 6" and weighs about 40 lbs. Each sale, including this one, is for ONE case of 400 units.
