PAYMENT: Payment is due upon receipt of invoice and is charged to your card immediately.
TERMS: All sales are final, no credits or returns. All items are SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, and WITH ALL FAULTS. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask any questions prior to bidding. Please refer to photos as part of the description. Remember you are purchasing antique or used items. Expect signs of wear consistent with age. If you have any concerns please email mcinnisauctions@yahoo.com . Please do not bid if you are unsure of what you are getting. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS.
PICKUP: 63 Clinton Street, Amesbury Mass on Tues June 25th and Wed June 26th from 10-3 pm and Sat June 29th from 9-11 am. Items not picked up during this time, unless other arrangements have been made will be considered abandoned.
SHIPPING: Shipping is available please contact the UPS STORE 1510 at 603-474-2420 or store1510@theupsstore.com. An email releasing your items to the shipper of your choice must be sent to mcinnisauctions@yahoo.com. Local shipping of larger items is available for a fee. Please email mcinnisauctions@yahoo.com.
TRANSPORT BACK TO AMESBURY IS AVAILABLE FOR A $25 FEE PER ITEM CAPPED AT $100.
SPECIAL PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS: Winning bidders must provide boxes and paper. Winning bidders are responsible for removal and loading of all items. Smaller items will be available for curbside pickup. A representative will be there to assist but winning bidder assumes any and all responsibility for any damage or injury that should take place once they are on the property.
