William L. Oxley, WWI Veteran, Rifleman. The lot is consisting of a very well documented trip photo album from a journey on the United States Shipping Board Steamer, Blue Triangle, operated by A. H. Bull & Co of New York. This album has a typed account with 427 photos each numbered with accompanying ledger of details, noted are ports from New York to West Africa, then to Europe, returning to Africa where she was loaded for the United States. There is an accounts and pictures of cargo loading, natives of African ports, as well as other photos of crew, time of leisure, sharpshooting and more. Besides running aground, a very interesting 1920 documented 26,000 trip. In addition, there are a few military buttons, WWII US & Army Aviation collar discs, a few pins, etc. a lot of over 40 Railroad and steamer passes, photos etc.
