Both rings were cheap knockoffs. Marketed as a Yurman ring but obviously not Yurman-marked made in Indonesia with no Yurman stamp. The Kennedy Cross pendant was a Chinese knockoff, made of plastic. Horribly disappointed in the experience and requested a full refund for misrepresentation of products up for auction.

Overall a very good seller with reasonable shipping. However their pictures could use some help. Often blurry, especially when you use the magnifier. Also could use some sort of reference as to size of item.

This auction was not handled by Mastrangelo, it was handled by TrilogyEstates. Very poor communication. This was for a mixed lot of dolphin figurines. The 2 nicest items arrived broken. While the priority box did have a dent on one corner, the items were well packaged in bubble wrap. I don't believe that these were broken in shipping because there are pieces missing and those pieces were not in the box. On 4/29, Melissa told me that they were insured and would refund my money. It's May 8th, I have asked if they need anything else from me and if not, I would like to throw the items and box away, as it is using up kitchen counter space.
Have never had issues with Mastrangelo in the past, this seems to be a Trilogy Estate issue.

Straightforward and friendly. Very organized, good descriptions of items, extremely helpful at pick up.
