One of the items I purchased was, in fact, broken. It was something you had to pull open (a monopod for a camera) but when I opened it it completely fell apart. One of the owners(?) emailed me after I sent photo's and explained the situation. He promised to communicate with me but I never heard from him again and my emails enquiring why, were ignored. I had to throw the useless thing away.
